Wire a Carrd contact form to Formy in one settings field.

  1. Add a Form element to your Carrd site.
  2. In the form's settings, change the submit method from "Email" to Custom (requires Carrd Pro).
  3. Paste your endpoint as the form URL:

Keep the field names simple (name, email, message) and they'll be labelled nicely in your inbox and notification emails.
